Do you ever find yourself feeling that life is just too much to handle? Those moments when you contemplate the future and are suddenly bombarded by a flood of potential challenges can be quite daunting. I often experience this sensation when I envision my future: a family, children, finances, and the myriad of things that could potentially go awry.
It's indeed a source of frustration. If I had to describe it, I would say I feel like a fragile paper boat tossed about in a turbulent ocean. It exposes my vulnerabilities all at once, as if I’m under attack from every angle.
The multitude of obstacles I envision seems to come from all sides. Yet, the surprising truth is that the source of this onslaught is me. I am often my own fiercest critic, harboring doubts about my abilities. I worry that I won't be able to withstand the pressures of life, that I lack the resilience needed, and that I might ultimately give in.

I sometimes ponder whether my parents or those I consider strong individuals have ever experienced similar doubts. The thought of asking them crosses my mind, but fear of their response holds me back.
What if those I admire also grappled with the same insecurities I do? What if they, too, questioned their capacity to handle what lies ahead? Such thoughts can be unsettling. However, upon reflection, I realize that if they faced their fears and persevered, perhaps I can do the same.
