In contrast, one colleague tends to be unfriendly and often brings negativity to the workplace, while one task is tedious and uninteresting.

Instead of allowing negativity to overshadow your day, direct your attention to what you enjoy and the colleagues you admire. Yes, it’s necessary to interact with the challenging coworker and complete the less enjoyable task, but you can choose to focus on the positives.

Shift your mindset to think: "I truly appreciate the people I work with," and "I find satisfaction in my work."
