As I embark on my journey toward a significant goal set for December 1, 2024, I've discovered that incorporating exercise and motivational videos into my routine has been incredibly beneficial. Establishing deadlines for my goals is crucial; without them, progress tends to stall.
Your Weekly Motivation Boost
This week, I'm excited to share a video from the YouTube channel Reinventing Poppy. With just ninety days until Halloween, I have one more month to refine my plans leading up to my December deadline.
Continuing my commitment to daily breast exercises with Parmita for another week has already shown positive results, bolstering my motivation. Initially, I approached these workouts with reluctance, but I've since regained my rhythm, often adding extra repetitions during quieter moments. The changes are noticeable.
After one more complete week, I plan to evaluate my progress and develop a new strategy for addressing any areas that need improvement, particularly around the sides of my ribs. I invite you to join me for another week of dedication.
I’m thrilled with the effectiveness of Parmita’s breast exercises that I’ve decided to incorporate some of her face yoga routines. I can certainly feel the intensity from these workouts.

I've cut back on drinking and upped my exercise routine. I'm hopeful that the face yoga will make a difference, as I feel like I've been aging too quickly. My current style reflects a laid-back Oregon campground vibe, but I’m holding off on a wardrobe update until I slim down.
