In a typical day, it's common to think of sleep, work, and personal time as fixed blocks: eight hours for each. However, it's essential to set your own schedule. Personally, I feel refreshed after just five hours of sleep. If I find myself fatigued, I compensate with extra rest throughout the week. By waking up early every day, including weekends, I eliminate the need to catch up on sleep, thus maximizing my productivity.

Healthy Energy is Essential

Maintaining high energy levels is crucial for productivity. I've made dietary changes to enhance my overall vitality. Previously, I often felt sluggish after large meals or bloated from fast food, prompting me to rethink my eating habits.

Now, my diet consists of a balanced mix of fruits and lean meats. Historically, our ancestors thrived on meat, not salads! I stay hydrated primarily by consuming fruits like melons, which are rich in nutrients, and I also drink spring water infused with agrimony tea.
