As someone who has experienced life as a professional athlete, investor, founder of a fitness startup, and avid traveler, I believe it means tuning into and addressing the profound questions your soul is asking. It means achieving a sense of inner peace and alignment between your external actions and your internal state.

Success on this journey is not always quantifiable and often doesn’t feel like progress. It’s not about having more or less of something; rather, it’s about establishing an identity rooted in the choices you consistently make—mentally or physically—regardless of the stresses, anxieties, or challenges you face, and moving towards what brings you joy.
As you conclude these three minutes of reflection, remember that it’s about listening to your inner self and choosing your own path, no matter how cold, exhausted, bored, lonely, or heartbroken you may feel. Being on your path doesn’t mean you won't encounter distractions or lose sight of your goals; you can always find your way back.
