An Insightful Encounter with My Spirit Guides
Written on
Morning Meditation Routine
Every morning, I engage in a ritual that sets a positive tone for my day. I wake up early and dedicate around 15 to 20 minutes to meditation. Following this peaceful time, I turn to my journal to jot down any messages that come to me. I refer to these messages as divine guidance, as I feel that a higher power is influencing my thoughts and movements of the pen. Typically, the insights I receive are filled with support and motivation from my Spirit Guides.
During today’s meditation, I focused on visualizing my dream life and the emotions that arise from that vision. I utilized a guided meditation from Insight Timer that resonates deeply with me. It’s a practice I often repeat because it inspires and uplifts me. I encourage you to try it out and see how it resonates with you.
After immersing myself in this visualization and embracing feelings of abundance, I picked up my journal and began to write. Thoughts of encouragement poured effortlessly onto the page, as they usually do. Additionally, I received a range of emotions and vibrations that felt beneficial to my well-being, including:
- Bliss
- Heavenly
- Divine
- Hope
- Light
- Finely tuned
- Aligned
- Bursting
- Tingling
- Aroused
- Interested
- Curious
Then came a surprising addition:
- Theatrical
A Surprising Revelation
The term "theatrical"? Quite unexpected! My Spirit Guides seemed to sense my confusion and conveyed:
“Life is a performance, and you are on stage. ACT AS IF and you will experience it. Join us in play, embrace your role. BE THEATRICAL, PLAY, ACT, PERFORM, EMOTE, DEMONSTRATE. Show the world who you truly are, and it shall respond in kind.”
What if we all adopted this mindset? Instead of waiting for external factors to shift before we change, what if we began to act as though the changes we desire have already manifested? That is where true magic and empowerment reside—becoming the person we aspire to be in the present moment. This isn't conditional on a new job, marriage, a bigger home, an upgraded car, or winning the lottery.
A Word of Caution
I’m not suggesting that you start spending money as if you’ve struck it rich. "Acting as if" refers to embodying the feelings internally and allowing that confidence to shine outwardly.
This concept is not entirely new to me; I’ve often emphasized the importance of experiencing emotions before tangible evidence of our desires appears. However, this perspective offered a refreshing interpretation. Sometimes, all we require is a new way of perceiving an idea for it to resonate. It certainly resonated with me, and I hope it might with you as well.
